Please call Toll Free 1-800-366-3800 and provide the customer service agent with the mold number.  Mold numbers are a very small set of numbers on every piece of Tupperware.  (Example: ###-##) You will usually find them in the center of the item.    You should not have to return the broken or damaged pieces.

Product Warranties: In addition to our satisfaction guarantee, all Tupperware.  Products carry either a Full Lifetime Warranty or a Quality Guarantee, which is our way of saying that we stand behind every product we sell. For over 50 years, our Full Lifetime Warranty has provided our customers with the knowledge that Tupperware brand products are the finest products available. Our Quality Guarantee provides our customers with the additional assurance that any product sold by Tupperware will meet standards for quality and superiority.
 

Full Lifetime Warranty: Tupperware products are guaranteed by Tupperware against chipping, cracking, breaking or peeling under normal non-commercial use for the lifetime of the product. Please call Customer Care toll-free at 1 (800) 366-3800 for free replacement. If, due to unavailability, actual product replacement cannot be made, comparable product replacement will be made, or credit toward future purchases of Tupperware products will be given. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Quality Guarantee: Products designated with the Q symbol are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a product you believe to be defective, contact Customer Care at 1(800) 366-3800 within 1 year for a free replacement.   If, due to unavailability, actual product replacement cannot be made, we will credit the full purchase price amount toward future purchases of Tupperware brand products, or refund the full purchase price, whichever you prefer.

This catalog will run from March 1st through December 31st 2010.

How It Works
Organizations who hold Tupperware Fundraisers will receive 40% of suggested retail on all products sold.

Example: $1,000 Fundraiser

Fundraiser Orders

Fundraiser customers will pay the Fundraising organization for their products.  This means the Fundraising organization receives the profit up-front.

Customer Method of Payment

The accepted forms of payments include: checks, cash or money orders (One credit card may be used for final payment -VS, MC or Discover).

Shipping and Handling

Tupperware will pay Shipping Costs for all Fundraisers with total Fundraiser retail sales of $400 or more (including the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam). This means that over 97% of Fundraiser orders will be shipped for free!

• For Fundraisers with retail sales of less than $100, Tupperware will charge a flat shipping fee of $10.
• For Fundraisers with retail sales between $100 and $400, Tupperware will charge a 10% shipping fee, based on the Fundraiser retail.
